Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident in every Walnut purchase.

MetroBand Returns

MetroBand may be returned within 14 days of delivery if it is in original condition and includes all original components, accessories, documentation, and packaging.

To start a return, contact us at support@walnutcore.com. Returns must be approved and issued a return authorization before being sent back.

A $9.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund when Walnut provides a prepaid return label. We do not charge any additional restocking fee.

Items showing wear, damage, misuse, or missing components may receive a reduced refund or may be declined.

Accessories

Cool-Fit Sleeves, accessory bundles, and other fabric or wearable accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@walnutcore.com.

If approved, Walnut may repair, replace, or refund the item at no cost to you.

Refund Timing

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
