Walnut currently ships within the United States only.
Shipping Rates
Orders $49 and over include free standard shipping.
Orders under $49 are charged a $7.99 flat shipping rate.
Shipping rates, methods, and availability may change based on order size, destination, carrier availability, and promotional offers.
Preorders
MetroBand and select accessories may be offered on a preorder basis.
Estimated U.S. delivery for current preorder items is July–August 2026, unless otherwise stated on the product page or at checkout.
Delivery windows are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Product availability, production schedules, fulfillment timing, carrier delays, weather, customs, supply chain conditions, or other factors may affect delivery timing.
You will receive updates when your preorder is preparing to ship and tracking information once your order has been fulfilled.
If we are unable to ship within the estimated delivery window, we may contact you with an updated timeline. Where required by law, we will request your consent to the delay or provide the option to cancel your preorder for a full refund.
In-Stock Orders
For products that are in stock, orders typically ship within 1–3 business days after payment is processed, unless otherwise stated.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email or SMS, if available.
Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take time to appear after a label is created.
Separate Shipments
Items in the same order may ship separately depending on availability, product type, fulfillment timing, or carrier requirements.
If preorder and in-stock items are purchased together, they may ship together or separately at Walnut’s discretion.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Walnut is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, lost packages, or additional costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information.
If you notice an address error after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@walnutcore.com. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has entered fulfillment.
Delivered Packages
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, Walnut is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is marked delivered but you cannot find it, please check with household members, neighbors, building management, mailrooms, and the carrier.
Walnut may assist with carrier claims when possible, but replacement or refund decisions are made at Walnut’s discretion unless required by law.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@walnutcore.com.
Please include your order number and photos of the item, packaging, and any visible damage.
If approved, Walnut may repair, replace, or refund the item at no cost to you.
Returns
Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
For eligible MetroBand returns, a $9.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund when Walnut provides a prepaid return label.
Cool-Fit Sleeves, accessory bundles, and other fabric or wearable accessories are final sale unless they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Shipping Restrictions
Walnut currently ships within the United States only.
We do not currently offer international shipping. International availability may be announced at a later date.
