4. Products and Pricing

In the event of a clear pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

6. Preorders

Certain products may be offered on a preorder basis.

By placing a preorder, you understand and agree that:

  • You are charged in full at checkout.
  • Shipping timelines are estimates and may change.
  • You may cancel your preorder at any time before shipment for a full refund.

If we cannot ship within the estimated window:

  • If the delay is within 30 days, you may choose to wait or cancel for a full refund.
  • If the delay exceeds 30 days, or if no clear updated shipping date is available, we will request your consent to continue.
  • If consent is not received, we will cancel and refund your order.

7. Shipping, Returns, and Fees

All purchases are subject to our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

Key terms include:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days for eligible products.
  • MetroBand returns incur a $9.99 return fee, which includes a prepaid return label.
  • Accessories are final sale unless defective or incorrect.
  • If a return reduces an order below the free shipping threshold, original shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.

8. Limited Warranty

MetroBand includes a one-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If a covered defect occurs, we may, at our discretion:

  • Repair the product.
  • Replace the product.
  • Issue a refund.

Battery or charging failures caused by manufacturing defects are covered. Normal battery aging and reduced battery life over time are not covered.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Cosmetic wear.
  • Water or moisture damage.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Lost or stolen products.
  • Accessories.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, images, product designs, graphics, branding, logos, and other materials, is owned by Walnut or used with permission and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not use, copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any content from this site without our prior written permission.
