In the event of a clear pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order that appears fraudulent, unauthorized, inaccurate, placed for resale, or otherwise violates these Terms.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, and payment information for all purchases made through our store. You agree to promptly update your information so that we may complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

6. Shipping, Returns, and Fees

All purchases are subject to our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

Key terms include:

• Eligible MetroBand returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

• Orders may be cancelled at any time before shipment for a full refund.

• MetroBand returns are subject to a $9.99 return shipping fee, which includes a prepaid return label when provided by Walnut.

• We do not charge a restocking fee.

• Cool-Fit Sleeves, accessory bundles, and other wearable accessories are final sale unless they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.

7. Limited Warranty

MetroBand includes a limited one-year warranty beginning on the date of delivery.

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If a covered defect occurs, Walnut may, at its discretion:

• Repair the product.

• Replace the product.

• Issue a refund.

Battery or charging failures resulting from manufacturing defects are covered. Normal battery aging and reduced battery capacity over time are not covered.

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, modification, or unauthorized repairs.

• Cosmetic wear that does not affect functionality.

• Water or moisture damage.

• Normal wear and tear.

• Lost or stolen products.

• Accessories, including Cool-Fit Sleeves and accessory bundles.

8. Limited Warranty

MetroBand includes a one-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If a covered defect occurs, we may, at our discretion:

• Repair the product.
• Replace the product.
• Issue a refund.

Battery or charging failures caused by manufacturing defects are covered. Normal battery aging and reduced battery life over time are not covered.

This warranty does not cover:

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, images, product designs, graphics, branding, logos, and other materials, is owned by Walnut or used with permission and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Walnut harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of our products, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts located in California.
